Pendant chains are available in 40, 45, 50, and 60 cm. Standard is 45 cm. Custom lengths available on request.
Baltic amber is an organic gemstone — warm, light, and alive. With the right care, your AMBERRA piece will remain luminous for generations.
Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Dress your jewelry last — amber is sensitive to perfume and hairspray.
Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. Use lukewarm water with mild soap for deeper cleaning. No ultrasonic cleaners or steam.
Store in the provided pouch or soft-lined box, away from direct sunlight. Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching.
Sterling silver naturally oxidises. Polish gently with a silver cloth. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, and rubber.
18k gold over sterling silver. Avoid abrasive materials and prolonged submersion. Wipe with a dry soft cloth after each wear.
A drop of olive oil on a soft cloth restores amber’s warm glow. Never use acetone or alcohol — they will damage the surface permanently.

Every piece of AMBERRA jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our Balinese artisans and the quality of every amber stone we select.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in metal settings, clasps, and closures
- Stone loss due to a defective setting (not impact or misuse)
- Premature discoloration of sterling silver components
- One complimentary professional clean and inspection within the warranty period
Does not cover: normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage from improper care or chemicals.
