Baltic amber is an organic gemstone — warm, light, and alive. With the right care, your AMBERRA piece will remain luminous for generations.
Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using cleaning products. Amber is sensitive to chemicals, perfume, and hairspray — dress your jewelry last.
Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately. For deeper cleaning, use lukewarm water with mild soap — no ultrasonic cleaners or steam.
Store in the provided pouch or soft-lined box, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching.
Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time. Polish gently with a silver cloth to restore shine. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, and rubber.
Our gold vermeil is 18k gold over sterling silver. Avoid abrasive materials and prolonged submersion. Wipe with a dry soft cloth after each wear.
A drop of olive oil on a soft cloth will restore amber's warm glow. Never use acetone or alcohol — they will permanently damage the surface.
Every piece of AMBERRA jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our Balinese artisans and the quality of every amber stone we select.
